Return and refund
To start a return, send an email at email@example.com specifying the number of your order and the reason, attaching images of the product. Once the request of return is received, within 7 working days we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In case of damages, a correspondent amount will be extracted from the returned product’s refundable value.
The shipping costs to our warehouse are always borne by the customer.
For returns from any non EU country, the customer must provide a copy of the identity card and a copy of the import forms released by local customs authority specifying the value of the goods.
Once we receive the items to be returned and inspect them, we will make a full refund of your order within 14 days through your original payment method.
For sustainability purposes please carefully consider your purchase and check sizing in advance.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the number of your order and the item you would like to exchange. We accept requests for a replacement within 30 days after delivery of the order to you. The products to replace should be in new condition and their original packaging.
We do not accept items that were worn outdoor and have wear marks, and therefore such products may not be exchanged, nor refunded.
Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the product you would like to replace.
Kindly note that the shipping costs to our warehouse are always borne by the customer but we will send the replacement for free.
